Born in Tehran and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia from the age of nine, he spent the years that followed in the trenches of industry — learning every business from the ground up, one transaction at a time.

His path cut across nearly every retail sector that moves the modern economy: door-to-door natural-gas marketing, brick-and-mortar retail operations, automotive dealership management, fitness-equipment sales, and finally commercial and residential real-estate development. Few founders have touched as many markets — fewer still have mastered them. He bucks the trend by design, reading cycles and contrarian opportunities the way others read the morning paper.

In 2020, Shirmast consolidated two decades of hard-won expertise and founded REZALTZ Inc. — not as another agency, but as an elite enterprise marketing and management firm built to run the operations that power other businesses. Today he leads a team of operators who are, to a person, industry experts within their respective fields. REZALTZ Inc. is privately held and answers to no public market — only to conviction.
